We ship across Saudi Arabia. International shipping will be announced for select drops.

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days within KSA
• Express: 1–3 business days (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)
• Free shipping: Orders over 500 SAR
• Flat rate: 25 SAR for orders under 500 SAR

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Founders numbered pieces and final-sale drops are non-returnable unless defective.

To initiate a return, email orders@thedunesclub.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Cash on delivery

COD is available within Saudi Arabia. Please have the exact amount ready. Refused deliveries may incur a restocking fee.
